WEDDING OFFICIANT SERVICES - Ceremony minister
My name is Rev. Amy Long and I have been a non-denominational minister since 1991.
The way I work is that I like to meet with the bride and groom before the wedding to get to know each other a little and to talk about the ceremony. I have a binder that I've put together that has all the ceremony parts in it.
When we meet, I will explain all of the parts and how they fit into the ceremony. We can talk about any questions you have at that time.
With a $50 deposit to hold you date, you will leave with a copy of my book, The Ultimate Wedding & Ceremony Workbook For The 'Planning-Impaired'. This book has all the ceremony parts in it with explanations for how each part fits into the ceremony. The book itself is a $18 value and has been used by thousands of ministers and brides across the United States.
The $100 balance is due the day of. (More may be added for travel outside of Sacramento.)
You and your fiancé will get to go through the workbook, make your selections and customize it to suit how you two feel about each other.
On the day of the wedding, I will show up at least a half-hour beforehand to review your parts and try to set you at ease.
I'm very flexible about what kind of ceremonies I'll do. My general list of no-no's for me are: I don't sacrifice anything, I don't jump out of anything; and I don't do naked weddings. Other than that, I'm game.
I look forward to hearing from you and talking about your special day!
